I ordered the Cybex Cloud G Lux Reclining Infant Car Seat with Sensorsafe to go on my Uppababy Ridge and I ordered these adapters to allow the infant car seat to attach to the stroller. You don’t have to remove the adapters in order to fold the stroller and put it in your trunk so that’s nice. The adapters however feel a tad wobbly in my opinion. They attach with a metal piece that inserts into a slot in my stroller so that part is sturdy and I suppose the plastic adapter portion has a little give in order to fit multiple types of car seat brands like Cybex, Clek, Maxi Cosi and Luna but I just found the adapters to be a little annoying at how much they move side to side when trying to put the infant car seat on. With my old stroller there were no adapters, I just clicked the infant car seat straight into the stroller and it was fantastic but I guess when using adapters nothing is a perfect fit. Trust my baby or infant car seat is NOT going anywhere but I found that when putting the infant car seat on the stroller using the adapters I had to put one side in and then simultaneously use my ab and arm muscles to hold the seat up and look on the opposite side to make sure the other side of the car seat is lined up properly with the adapter in order for it to securely fit on. Otherwise I found one side in and the other side wasn’t. There was like an inch five so basically you’re fiddling with one side and then the other. A little impractical if you ask me. I picture it raining outside and me annoyed I’m being soaked because I’m having to take the extra time to make sure both sides of the car seat are on the adapter. I’m 5’2” and I don’t lift weights so maybe this wouldn’t be a problem for someone taller and stronger. Perhaps the average person would have a different vantage point than I, I’m just saying it’s difficult for me to put the Cybex car seat into these adapters on my uppababy ridge. And it wasn’t just Cybex. I went to the store and tried the lightest car seat in the world the Nuna and I had the same problem. I haven’t tried Clek yet, or the Mesa and I’m going to have to figure it out because I’m not returning my stroller so difficult or not I’m willing to live with it so it’s not a deal breaker, just annoying.
Pros

Cons
The adapters are made of a plastic that is not rigid so when putting the heavy infant car seat onto the adapters requires some skill because if you don
