I'm so so so happy this bumper bar swivels. All you have to do is detach one side of it and it swivels around for baby to hop in the stroller and then you just easily reattach the side and voila' you're done! It's really nice to have & super easy to use, love it! And you can even hook stroller toys onto it, you can search for spiral stroller toy and it wraps all the way around the bumper bar, they're so cute & keeps baby entertained! I highly recommend the bumper bar, I got both the bumper bar & the snack tray. They're both awesome!

I purchased this to hang toys and entertain the baby while on morning walks. He loves it so far - puts his feet up on it, plays with the zipper, etc. I love that it's a hinge-open system rather than having to finagle him into the seat behind the bar. The cover has a zipper so that it can be washed.
