My daughter was super excited about this fishing pole game, only to realize it doesn't actually reel in the fish. She was very bothered by that and hasn't played with it since.

My 3 year old was so excited for this toy. In the packaging, you can rotate the handle and hear the clicking sound which got him excited for the toy. We purchased the toy, unwrapped it and quickly found out it only clicks and does not pull the string in or out. He was immediately disappointed by this. Would not recommend.

My daughter likes this but gets frustrated the reel does not actually work. We have shown her how to catch the fish.

This is such an adorable toy. This is perfect for little hands to grasp. Very bright colors. This has been super fun for my son to play with in the bath tub. The hook is big enough to hook the play fish without any problems. Good for hand, eye coordination.

I got these to make bath time more fun for my twins and it has not disappointed! They liked them so much that I decided to fill up their water table for them so they could play with them some more. Very well made!

I gave it 4 stars because the packaging was a hassle to get opened. My daughter absolutely loves playing with her fishing pole in and out of the tub. The string doesn't move in and out but it does make a clicking noise letting her know she is reeling her catch in.

I got this fishing set for my 2 1/2 year old grandson who just loves to take baths and bring his toys in with him. This is easy for him to play with as the hook on the end of the line is nice and big to hook the 3 floating fishy's. He likes to pretend to turn the reel and clicks.

I thought this would be a great gift for a friend with a young son. Perfect for bath time. He is 1 and I think he will love it for a bit but quickly outgrow it. There are lots of fishing sets out there and although this is cute, I wish I had gotten one with more "fish" or some other cute features.

I was a bit skeptical about this toy, but my kids love it! They have so much fun in the bathtub fishing for toys and splaying. The hook is easy for them to use, and it doesn't take a lot to "catch" the fish. It took them a little bit to get the hang of the toy, but in the end, they seem to love it. I am concerned with the durability - the string and the fishing line seem a little weak. But I'm sure they will get their enjoyment out even if it breaks!

This is a great skill practicing toy for hand eye coordination in toddlers. The toy is well made and chunky so easy for little wet hands to hold on to and operate. My 3yr old has enjoyed it so far, he's has played with it in and outside of the bathtub.

We got this for my almost 3 year old as a way to make bath time a bit more enjoyable. He likes bubbles for a bit but then loses interest and needs a distraction for when it is time to soap up and rinse off. This was a great toy that provides a little challenge for him, allows him to focus on something, and is easy for us to clean off when done! He also loves turning the reel just to make the clicking sounds!

My son absolutely loves this fishing game during bath time. In fact he is so obsessed with it he likes to fish while he is on the potty! It is a great game to teach hand eye coordination, focus, concentration and achievement. We have a lot of fun and he can't wait to teach his little brother.

Love this little fishing toy for my two year old. I took all the pieces out to put it in his stocking and I love how it picks up the toys they're light weight and big enough to not stick in his mouth.

We're an avid fishing family and enjoy a lot of weekends spent at our neighborhood lake catching and releasing fish. My little one loves mimicking what we do so I thought this toy fishing rod would be a perfect toy for her pretend play imagination. This was a super cute toy in theory, however it left a lot to be desired. The rod makes noise when spun, which I appreciate for keeping my little one engaged, but I'm a little disappointed that the fishing line/hook connected to the rod isn't actually designed to extend or retract when the rod is spun. Having this design feature would've been a nice addition and give this toy more purpose. My little one currently takes this along with her when we head to the lake and stands next to use just spinning the rod pretending to fish. The fish that were included with this package didn't serve a purpose for us honestly. Overall a cute toy, but is a very basic type of toy.

This is a fun toy for kids. My kids liked to use it in the bath. It is probably best for toddlers. I would recommend it to others. It's a fun way to practice motor skills and coordination. Kids everywhere would like it!

Our little one loves doing everything dad does, but he's not quite ready for a real fishing rod. We love this toy because it's easy to play with, pieces are large so they don't get lost, and it's fun both outdoors and in a bath. Definitely recommend this for others.

Now our big boy can fish like daddy! For the few days we've had it, getting him out of the bathtub is literally a fight lol. Solid construction and very user friendly for a 2 year old. Even though he hasn't gotten the hang of the reel , he can easily hook the fish. The no battery concept makes for unlimited play and a little mommy piece of mind.

I bought this on a whim for my two year old granddaughter and she loves it! It's well made, not flimsy at all. Just note the "reel" does Not turn, only makes noise. It doesn't "operate' the fishing rod. I'd recommend it for toddlers.

My grandkids love bath time and adding toys and soap crayons but this fishing set is a winner so much fun and helps with coordination
