Zippers break

I bought this in September, and loved it 90% of the time. It's easy to organize and carry things in, even if the zipper to the large compartment (the one you use the most), is thick and tends to stick. But within 2.5 months of owning the bag, that zipper just completely stopped working. Super disappointed in the purchase and the quality, especially given that Skip Hop bags tend to have a good reputation.
