Tray Angle is Poor

Ordered this tray for my Demi Next stroller and it will not sit flat. The two angle adjustments are either outward or MORE outward. It would be impossible for my toddler to get their cup in it or reach in for snacks. I contacted Nuna and sent them a video to see if I was missing something or doing anything incorrectly. They said the angle of the tray is “normal” and will share my feedback with their product team. Needless to say, I am returning the tray. I would recommend getting a universal tray on Amazon until Nuna fixes their tray.

A great product for a toddler. The snack tray gives my son a place to put his water and snacks and leaves a space so he can easily get in and out of the stroller using the handle on the other side.
