They do nothing

These things are tiny (like a Kennedy half dollar) and do essentially nothing to improve the smell in our diaper pail.

I was excited to find these because the larger ones Munchkin sells for their diaper pails work great. These ones aren't nearly as effective at eliminating odors. They barely smell like anything to begin with and they aren't sealed individually so it seems like they would start losing effectiveness as soon as you open the package.
