I got these as a gift before I had my baby. These things are magic. I've tried all the other ones on the market and home made padcicles and these wipes are unmatched for cooling. They stay cool so long and leave a cooling sensation after you take them out. I had a 2nd degree tear with stitches and significant bruising and these have been a life saver.

These are awesome! I would say that they are a little on the thin side but they can be folded or manipulated to fit how you need them. I love how they come out of the package like a face/diaper wipe making them easy to carry around or just leave in the bathroom.
They worked so good after having my baby, I took them with me to the hospital and I liked them much better than the small discs because when you are already sore down there it's easier to to just lay this on top of the hospital pad and know you are going to get the coverage you need. There are 24 liners in a pack, and my wife is most happy with the size of them. The witch hazel pads she has used in the past are small and round, and don't offer enough coverage for the relief that she needs. I just had my baby and am finding these witch hazel pads to be very helpful! Recovering from delivery is difficult but these have helped to smooth the pain. I particularly like that they are the same shape as a normal wipe, others I have seen and tried before are small and circular and have to use many to layer. These are the perfect size to help heal after delivery and would definitely recommend!

these cooling pad liners do give you a great relief after delivery and postpartum. i would definitely repurchase these again as they made me feel better and made me not worry about the area all day long. one side that i did not enjoy was that they are harder to get out of the package as you pull one almost all come out and than it is harder to do it that way. other than that they are a must for a new mom or even a season mom that had to do her own diy liners to feel better. save the time and buy these instead.

I only said the hospital for one day and I didn't get a lot of supplies to take back home with me so I have had my own supplies that I've been using and this has been a godsend. I have some mixed emotions about these cooling pad liners, I absolutely love the idea of them in theory, but they fall short a bit. This size is great! They are thin which didn't bother me, but other people may prefer a thicker liner. The biggest issue I had with these was that they felt almost dry right out of the package, I can appreciate the fact that they aren't drenched in solution, but almost dry doesn't cut it either. The other issue I had was the peppermint oil in them. Static wise there is info that suggest peppermint oil decreases milk supply (some sat that us an old wives tale) I know they probably choose that ingredient because it is safe for that delicate area of the body and the cooling sensation is nice, I just think it's something to note for nursing mom's. Like I said I'm 50/50 on these. They did help but I think if they weren't so dry I might have gotten better relief. If you are on the fence about these and ok with the ingredient list I say absolutely give them a try because honestly anything that helps us and gives us even a little relief is worth it in my book.
